New character added: Giorno Giovanna

New functionality and contents :

-Quotes SFX: Now, when nothing happen during a certain time, quotes voices are played randomly by the character. All the quotes are reference from the anime and in good quality. A quote text is show in the chat too (only in English for the moment). Only Dio Brando have quotes for the moment because the research are long and difficult to find for other characters. 

-Dead Elite SFX: Now character have special SFX who trigger on an elite, rare monster kill. For now, only Dio and Jotaro have contents for it, but the others will become soon.

-Add new SFX for Flying Serpent Kick

-Add new SFX on death

-Add SFX for the dead elite 

-Add quotes SFX with text

-Remove and add new SFX when getting hurt, to make the SFX feel more smooth and immersive

-Add new SFX for Flying Serpent Kick, Tiger Lust, Fists of Fury and Storm Earth and Fire

-Add SFX for dead elite

-Remove and add new SFX when getting hurt, to make the SFX feel more smooth and immersive

All the new functionality have parameters accessible in the interface.
