- Added an option to display the cooldown of Shaman/Priest/Druid/Paladin that are not in the list. They will always stay at the end of the list but this allows you to have an idea of who can throw an emergency heal in case there is an issue.

- Fixed an issue which would sometimes cause two players in cooldown to not get properly sorted.

- Ensured everyone would always get the same order even in edge cases by syncing everyone's order to whoever set the healer list.

- Now delaying GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE Handing to ensure it is handled only once even if there are multiple quick raid setup changes.
