What's new

JadziaUI 1.1.0 — three new modules (Spell History, Mythic+ Keystone Panel, Trinket Tracker), text-colour pickers across half a dozen modules, Edit Mode polish, and a batch of Item Tracker / Essence bar bug fixes.

Added

New modules

  • Spell History — horizontal strip of recently cast spell icons; interrupted/failed casts get a red X overlay and red border. Configurable icon size, spacing, max count (3–20), grow direction, and idle fade delay (1–60s). Position saved per resolution; editable via Edit Mode.
  • Mythic+ Keystone Panel — current-week affixes, owned keystone, and group M+ scores. Visible only inside non-raid instances; hidden during active runs.
    • Key row: dungeon name + level + owner; auto-hides during active runs.
    • Affixes row: up to 4 weekly affixes with icons and toggleable names.
    • Score row: M+ rating per group member with tier-coloured ranks (grey < 750 → green → blue → purple → orange ≥ 2500); shown only in instance groups.
    • Settings: enable, icon size, font size, font face, per-section visibility. Position saved per resolution; editable via Edit Mode or X/Y inputs.
  • Trinket Tracker — cooldown icons for trinket slots 13 and 14 in a single draggable container. Icons grey out on cooldown with a countdown timer. Passive trinkets can be hidden via toggle.
    • Glow: optional pulsing border glow on off-cooldown trinkets, fully customizable colour, independent of border setting.
    • Layout: configurable icon size, spacing, grow direction (RIGHT / LEFT / UP / DOWN); position saved across sessions.
    • Appearance: shared font, font size, timer anchor + X/Y offset, timer colour, optional pixel border (colour + size) — applies to both slots simultaneously.

Text-colour pickers

  • Cast Bar / Empower Cast Bar — separate pickers for spell name and cast time text. Empower bars use the same two colours for consistency.
  • Weekly Reward Tracker — picker controls category labels (M+/Raid/World), reset timer, and progress counters.
  • Character Stats — value-colour picker for percentage numbers in bar mode (stat-specific label colours preserved).
  • Loot Window — "Override Item Quality Colour" and "Override Class Colour" toggles with their own pickers; separate picker for item level. Default behaviour unchanged when toggles are off.
  • Currency, Reputation, Item, and Trinket trackers already had text-colour pickers — listed here for completeness.

Changed

  • Edit Mode: drag handles now match each frame's real current size — sub-elements you toggle on/off in Settings (Trinket Tracker layout, Spell History strip, M+ Keystone sections, etc.) reflect in the overlay immediately while edit mode is open.
  • Edit Mode: frames can no longer be dragged off-screen — the cursor stops at the edge instead of releasing the frame outside the visible area, so a frame can never be lost off-screen across a /reload.
  • Edit Mode: /jui edit during combat is now refused with a chat message and auto-enters as soon as combat ends (toggling off again before combat ends cancels the deferred enter).

Fixed

  • Item Tracker — potion countdown now clears correctly after a raid wipe. Cooldown tracking rewritten to use the game's built-in cooldown widget so server-side cooldown resets (wipes, instance transitions) take effect immediately instead of the icon continuing to tick down locally.
  • Item Tracker — racial-spell cooldowns (Every Man for Himself, Berserking, etc.) now display correctly in combat. The tracker reads the spell's base cooldown at cast time instead of the in-combat live cooldown API, which could return unreliable values and leave the icon blank until combat ended.
  • Item Tracker — Healthstone cooldown no longer flickers between "1" and "2" in combat after use. The global cooldown shared by items was being reported instead of the real Healthstone cooldown on every spell cast, re-arming the icon to ~1.5s repeatedly. Real remaining cooldown now ticks down smoothly from the moment of use.
  • Frame positions — changing screen resolution and reverting back no longer displaces draggable frames. Each resolution now stores its own saved positions; switching back to a previously-used resolution restores the layout exactly as it was left.
  • Evoker — Essence bar — resolved the recurring "secret number value" Lua error in the Essence segment timer. The numeric countdown overlay on empty segments has been removed; segments still fill correctly as Essence regenerates. Every available WoW API for querying regen rate (and the haste fallback) returns tainted values that error on comparison once the addon's execution context is tainted, so the feature was removed rather than continuing to chase the error to the next API.
