Features

• Sounds moved to Cfg popup — The Sounds tab has been removed from the main tab bar. A "Sounds" button in the Cfg tab (below Routes) opens a floating popup window anchored to the right of the settings frame, keeping the tab bar clean.

UI

• "Show Total Mobs" repositioned — The checkbox now sits on the same row as "Show Total Value", to the right of it, reducing vertical space used in the Cfg layout.
• AH tooltip note removed — The small grey description "Shows unit prices and total stack value in item tooltips. Requires TSM or Auctionator." has been removed from below the AH source button.

Bug Fixes

• 200 local variable limit — SetupSettingsFrame() exceeded Lua's hard 200-local limit after the Sounds popup additions. The Sounds popup and Announce tab sections are now wrapped in do...end blocks to scope their locals, bringing the function back under the limit.
