ItemTracker Changelog

v1.7 — 2026-03-07

Features (Beta)

  • Enable Routes — Minimap Overlay (Beta) — When "Enable Routes" is checked, the actual WoW minimap is captured, squared, and displayed on the route overlay canvas. The world map tiles are drawn behind it at matching scale using HereBeDragons zone-size data so yards-per-pixel is identical.
    • GatherMate2 herb/ore circles remain visible on the overlay even when the minimap terrain is fully transparent (via SetIgnoreParentAlpha).
    • Questie pins and other addon icons are hidden along with the minimap terrain for a clean view.
    • MM slider — Controls minimap terrain opacity (0% = fully transparent, 100% = fully visible). At 0% you see only the world map tiles + GatherMate2 circles.
    • The entire minimap overlay is click-through — you can interact with mining nodes, NPCs, etc. behind it.
    • All minimap cosmetic elements (border, zoom buttons, clock, compass ring, tracking icon, etc.) are dynamically hidden.
    • Minimap zoom level is saved and restored when the overlay is toggled off.
    • Safety restore on logout/reload to ensure the minimap returns to normal.

UI

  • Saved Routes side panel — Mirrors the "Saved Lists" pattern from the Items tab. Load, overwrite (S), and delete (X) routes from a scrollable list.
  • Dark-blue slider thumbs — All sliders in the Route Editor now have styled dark-blue thumbs and track backgrounds.
  • Compact 2-row control layout — Editor controls reorganized into two horizontal rows to reduce editor height.
    • Row 1: Ov Map | Ov Route | Line | MM
    • Row 2: Ed Zoom | Color presets
  • OV Zoom slider removed — Tile zoom is now automatically derived from zone size to match minimap scale exactly.

Bug Fixes

  • Minimap restore — Zoom level, mouse interactivity, and all cosmetic children are properly saved/restored when toggling the overlay.
