v1.51 Bug Fixes

Fixed Best Zone tooltip showing double counts on the overlay — zone stats and lifetime data were being recorded from both the overlay refresh (BAG_UPDATE) and CHAT_MSG_LOOT simultaneously, causing tracked items to count every loot event twice. Recording is now handled exclusively by CHAT_MSG_LOOT as a single source of truth. Improvements
