iSquidMod – Action Bar End Cap Graphic Patch
iSquidMod replaces the default gryphon (or Horde equivalent) decorations on the left and right ends of WoW's main action bar with one of over 55 custom textures — including class crests, faction emblems, iconic WoW characters, and even Blizzard crossover designs from the Diablo franchise.

What Does This Addon Do?
World of Warcraft's main action bar is flanked on both sides by decorative "end caps" — by default showing the Alliance gryphon or the Horde wyvern. iSquidMod directly replaces the textures on these frames with a graphic of your choice. Your selection is saved per character, meaning every one of your alts can have a completely different look without any manual reconfiguration.

Features

  • 55+ Unique Textures to Choose From
  • Modern Settings Panel (ESC → Addons → iSquidMod)
  • Automatic Persistence & Edit Mode Compatibility
  • Full Localization (German & English)

How Does This Change the Player Experience?
The action bar end caps are one of those persistent UI elements every WoW player stares at for hundreds of hours — yet the default design hasn't changed in years. iSquidMod gives players a small but meaningful way to personalize their UI and make it feel like their own.

A Paladin main can display the Paladin crest on both sides of their action bar. A die-hard Horde player can slap the Horde emblem right there. A Mists of Pandaria nostalgic can go with Yu'lon or Niuzao. Someone who just wants a cleaner HUD can hide the end caps entirely with a single click.

Because settings are saved per character, players who run multiple alts get a genuinely personalized experience on each one — log onto your Death Knight and see the DK crest, switch to your Druid and see the Druid tree, all without lifting a finger after the initial setup.

Slash Command
/squid - Power users can swap textures instantly via chat command without opening the menu. For example: /squid lichking immediately applies the Lich King texture. Typing /squid alone opens the settings panel. Typing any unrecognized argument prints a full list of all available texture IDs in your chat frame.
