Changelog:
Fixed an issue where the addon was triggering alerts and action bar glows on un-kickable/shielded enemy casts (such as boss mechanics and dungeon emissaries). This SHOULD strictly trigger on valid, interruptible spells. (Thanks Bacon for finding the 1st bug)
