Have you been mid fight with some random NPC and they cast a spell and you just forget to interrupt them at the key time and take a load of damage and wonder what the heck happend? 

Do you also tunnel vision yourself and just pure focus yourself? 

Well Introducing to the WoW scene addon community: 

INTERUPTTHIS!

It automatically detects your character's class interrupt spell, alerts you when your target begins an interruptible cast, and highlights the ability directly on your action bars.

Features:
Universal Action Bar Glow:* Highlights your interrupt ability (e.g., Rebuke, Pummel, Kick, Counterspell) directly on your action bar using a high-visibility golden glow. 

Cooldown supression: Bascailly once you fire off your interrupt, it wont alert or ping you again untill its off cooldown. 
Macro & Custom Keybind Support

Audio & Screen Alerts: Clear center-screen text ("INTERRUPT NOW!") accompanied by a sharp audio alert when an enemy target begins casting. (Only 1 sound is used as during testing, i found it works better)

/it options — Opens the in-game settings menu.
/it glowtest — Toggles the action bar button glow to verify your bar setup.
/it soundtest — Plays the configured alert sound for volume testing.
/it debug — Toggles debug mode in chat for troubleshooting.
