- Saved delay: invalid or out-of-range values in `InstantQuestAutoDB.delay` (wrong type, NaN, or outside 0–1000 ms) are corrected on load to the default; valid numbers are rounded to whole milliseconds to match the slider and `/iqa delay`.
- `/iqa blacklist clear`: safely clears the blacklist even if stored data was not a table (recreates an empty table instead of erroring).

- Slash `/iqa delay`: parses the delay argument once per command (same behavior, slightly cleaner).
