Fixed
- Blacklist count (`/iqa status`): counts only valid numeric quest IDs (same rule as list/export), so the number matches the comma list when the saved table had stray keys.
- Saved blacklist: on load, drops non-numeric or non-positive keys and rebuilds the table if needed, so corrupted `SavedVariables` cannot leave inconsistent data.
- Blacklist export string: comma-separated export skips non-positive IDs so it matches the same rules as import and status count.

- Event frame: the internal handler frame is explicitly hidden (events only; no behavior change for quest automation).
