Battleground fixes and sound choices.
- Separate sound pickers for "New enemy" and "Kill on sight", each with 21 game sounds.
- In battlegrounds, enemy players show their class colour and icon (read from the scoreboard). Enemies whose class can't be read yet show crossed swords instead of a red skull. The skull now only marks Kill on sight.
