hudcraft

A lightweight, customizable information HUD for World of Warcraft: Forever.

hudcraft lets you put the information you care about where you want it, without replacing your entire game interface. Create multiple independent HUD Groups, choose the modules each Group displays, and arrange them around your existing UI.

Features

• Multiple HUD Groups: Create, name, position, enable, and arrange individual information bars. Use horizontal or vertical layouts and customize module order, separators, and text alignment.
• Useful information at a glance: Level/Class, Experience, Gold, Bag Space (including reagent bags), Durability, Clock, Performance (FPS and latency), Weapon Skills, and Professions.
• Appearance options: Adjust fonts, spacing, colors, backgrounds, borders, and opacity. Use shared appearance settings or customize individual Groups.
• Character-aware configuration: Group definitions are account-wide, while Group visibility, positions, and applicable module preferences can differ by character.
• Details panels: View additional information for supported modules when available.
• In-game setup and help: A first-run Setup and Commands Group, a command reference in Addon Information, and an emergency command to recover an inaccessible Group.

Getting Started

Type /hudcraft to open the addon settings. Use the Groups page to choose modules and arrange your HUD. Unlock Groups when you want to move them, then lock them when finished. You can hide the introductory Setup and Commands Group per character when you no longer need it.

Chat Commands

• /hudcraft — Open settings.
• /hudcraft lock — Lock HUD Groups.
• /hudcraft unlock — Unlock HUD Groups for repositioning.
• /hudcraft recover — List Groups and IDs for recovery.
• /hudcraft recover <name or ID> — Recover one Group to a visible position. Use id:N to specify an explicit ID.
• /hudcraft commands — Show a compact command list in chat.
