Gear Core v0.1 — Experimental Alpha
Gear Core is a lightweight item-stat comparison addon developed exclusively for WoW Forever.
It adds stat differences directly to item tooltips and includes an experimental, class-independent Total Stat Weight calculation.
This is an early alpha. Total Stat Weight is not yet a class-specific upgrade recommendation.
Current features include equipment comparisons, empty-slot stat displays, weapon DPS differences, and debugging tools to help identify missing or incorrectly displayed item stats.
Known limitations include certain enchantments not appearing in the item-stat API, imperfect equipment-slot selection, and native WoW Forever SHIFT-C comparison tooltip blinking.
Please report bugs, compatibility issues, missing stats, and suggestions in the GearCore channel of the hudcraft Discord:
See README.txt or the in-game AddOn Settings page for reporting instructions and available slash commands.
