Automatically rolls Need on housing-related loot items

This addon watches group loot rolls for housing-related items, automatically selects Need when possible, and can automatically close the winner window.

The slash command /hlam toggles the addon between enabled and disabled, while /hlam close toggles automatic winner-window closing.
