- New "Promo: X/Y" line in vendor tooltips showing progress on rotating/event-gated items separately from the main collected count
- Vendor tooltips now clearly show items as promo (only available during certain promotions) or locked (locked behind an in-game unlockable such as achievement, quest, drop, etc.)
- Vendor progress counts no longer include rotating promotional items that can't currently be purchased
