- Corrected the highest-rank conjured food and water item mappings so rank 8
water, rank 9 water, and rank 8 food show their actual conjured items.
- Portal sidecar buttons now cast the matching teleport when Alt-clicked.
- Pending customers are now removed from the queue when they decline the group
invitation.
