Changes since 1.1.17:

• Reworked the custom filter system to match the shared CompanionCollection / StyleWeaver structure, including Active, Passive, Lock, and per-filter Quick Assign controls.
• Added Passive filters, allowing assigned pets to be excluded while preserving the existing OR within categories / AND across categories filter logic.
• Added filter locking. Locked Active or Passive filters remain enabled when clearing a category, clearing all custom filters, or resetting Blizzard filters.
• Streamlined the custom filter menu structure. Filter names now open only their management options, while Active, Passive, Lock, and Quick Assign remain directly accessible inside each category.
• Moved category management actions directly into the category menu and removed unnecessary intermediate management submenus.
• Added Move to..., allowing filters to be moved between categories without losing assignments, filter state, lock state, shortcuts, or an active Quick Assign target.
• Improved Filter shortcut right-click behavior to match the current StyleWeaver implementation, including reliable Active/Passive switching and correct Lock availability.
• Moved Remember filters and sorting, Filter shortcut visibility, and Quick Assign shortcut visibility to the top of the HearthPaws filter section for a more consistent layout.
• Added configurable session persistence for filter and sorting state. Existing installations continue to remember their state by default. Disabling persistence resets transient filter and sorting state on the next session while keeping locked custom filters intact.
• Added the shared three-state handling for Wishes and Hidden entries with Show, Hide, and Only modes.
• Updated HearthPawsAPI.CustomFilters to version 3, including Active/Passive filter evaluation and MoveFilter, matching the current CompanionCollection custom-filter API.
• Updated the custom filter and menu structure while preserving HearthPaws-specific functionality such as Favorites, Level, Quality, Properties, Duplicates, Blizzard sorting integration, additional sorting modes, Housing interaction, model controls, assignments, tooltips, and import/export.
• Existing HousingPetFiltersDB SavedVariables remain compatible. Legacy selected[filterID] = true values are automatically treated as Active filters.
