Change Log
Version: 1.2.56
2026-10-13
Changed
- Updated Retail interface metadata to
120105for the WoW 12.1.5 patch.
Version: 1.2.55
2026-10-13
Changed
- Reduced numeric snapshot overhead by bypassing string serialization for API numbers verified as non-secret and eliminating per-read argument tables and closures. Secret-backed values retain the guarded fallback, and display text still uses the serialized path.
- Removed a duplicate power-type API call from full snapshots.
- Coalesced health, power, prediction, and absorb event bursts into one vitals capture per unit per rendered frame, preserving all requested slices and the selected snapshot interval.
- Reduced power-widget overhead by fast-pathing verified readable numbers and reusing unchanged colors and readable bar ranges. Secret-backed values still update each time; missing-unit resets invalidate cached setup. Combat-safe rendering is unchanged.
- Added vitals batching counts to
/hr perfso live profiles show flushed work and coalesced events. - Routed addon-owned action, dispel, badge, and aura cooldown setup through a shared helper that skips unchanged verified non-secret inputs. Native duration objects and failed writes invalidate cached numeric setup.
- Stopped refreshing cooldown trees and countdown labels for invisible action buttons, and avoided rewriting unchanged countdown labels.
- Added cooldown setup applied/skipped counts and timings for action/aura countdowns, raid tracker, TankTools, and direct threat updates to the performance report.
- Reduced readable-aura scan and sorting overhead by fast-pathing verified non-secret scalar values and avoiding duplicate debuff normalization across overlapping filters.
- Preserved all 200 filter/index restriction probes while avoiding extra protected conversions for verified readable boolean replies. Added restriction-pass timing and aura-work counts to
/hr perf. - Reused mana-primary resource reads within narrow and full power captures, and serialized captured power/class-resource values without repeating the same display query. Existing unscaled/generic fallbacks and update pacing are unchanged.
- Separated target routing and same-player core captures from roster layout rebuilding and theme refreshes. Core-only updates preserve target clearing, opacity, labels, combat-safe escape bindings, and player/target roster aliases; structural changes still use the full renderer. Added
renderer.coreRefreshtiming. - Added whole-event, scheduler-drain, unit/core refresh, store-notification, and action-usability timings to diagnose sustained CPU that individual renderer/snapshot timings do not explain.
/hr perf allprints every collected timing; reports include milliseconds per second and current FPS. Native widget callbacks are not intercepted, and no additional update pacing or feature changes were introduced. - Added an opt-in centered
Current / Max (K)health-text mode in both settings interfaces. Raw current/max health is forwarded through Blizzard's secret-compatible abbreviation and FontString formatting APIs in and out of combat; percentage remains the default. - Expanded the existing
% + Kmode to% + Current / Max (K): percentage remains in its normal right-side position, with current/max health on a separate centered bar label. Existing savedbothselections continue to work; label styling, accessibility scaling, mode changes, and missing-unit resets cover both labels. - Preserved current/max display values across full and narrow captures, core frames, roster rows, and unit aliases without adding health API reads. Numeric policy fields retain guarded conversion, and missing units clear their display values.
Validation
- Passed 97 automated regression tests and Lua syntax checks, including 1,000 numeric reads with no serialization, a 4,480-event raid burst reduced to 28 captures, and 300 power-value writes with just one color/range setup.
- Cooldown coverage verifies 300 identical updates with one native setup, preserved aura expiry and renewal, invisible-button cleanup, duration-object transitions, failed-write invalidation, opaque-value forwarding, and supplemental profiler timing/counter resets.
- Aura coverage verifies readable scalars avoid protected conversions, all 200 restriction probes remain intact, and eight overlapping filter results normalize only four unique debuffs. Secret-classified values and missing secret predicates retain conservative handling.
- Power coverage verifies normal mana-primary captures use eight power/current-maximum queries instead of sixteen, matching narrow/full output for depleted, opaque, non-mana, unscaled, missing-typed, and false-value fixtures. Class-resource captures use six queries instead of seven, and later captures read fresh state.
- Target-routing coverage verifies 100 target changes retain one initial roster/theme build, preserve opaque player fields and fresh roster-alias routing, handle clearing in and out of combat, and retain structural/player/grouping rebuilds, forced and reentrant work, disabled-layout behavior, and pending full-render throttles.
- Callback coverage verifies real event dispatch and nested scheduler drains, notification timing, disabled diagnostics, repeated initialization, error propagation, rate calculations, and default versus complete slash-report output.
- Health-number coverage verifies full/narrow current and maximum capture, guarded numeric fallback with opaque maxima and missing classifiers, readable/zero/opaque display values in both combat states, native formatting without Lua parsing, centered alignment, both settings surfaces, and fresh core/roster alias propagation. Restricted-combat rendering still needs live in-game confirmation.
- Combined-label coverage verifies percentage remains separate from native-formatted current/max values in both combat states, switching modes clears the auxiliary label, missing units do not retain old numbers, and theme/class styling includes the new label.
- Live raid CPU improvement remains subject to in-game profiling.
Version: 1.2.54
2026-10-05
Fixed
- Fixed Party width and row-height controls being ignored in automatic party layouts and valid slider values being clamped on reload.

- Fixed class-colored names and health text resetting to white during combat theme refreshes.
- Fixed sorted Party rows displaying a different player from their secure click target, including party-token renumbering and events arriving before the roster refresh. Combat rows now follow their bound secure unit until sorting can safely apply after combat.
Changed
- Routed vitals-only captures through a shared bar/text update without repeatedly refreshing portraits, auras, layouts, or secure bindings. Existing capture throttling is unchanged.
Validation
- Passed 66 automated regression tests and Lua syntax checks, including a 300-capture player/party synchronization test and combat sorting/rebinding coverage.
- In-game responsiveness, click alignment, and CPU behavior remain subject to live validation.

Validation
- Passed 52 automated regression tests and Lua syntax checks.
Version: 1.2.49
2026-09-07 - Raid focused improvements
Changed
- Deferred aura and healing-awareness enrichment for newly joined roster members, spreading first-time row work across frames.
- Paced addon-owned aura, HoT, and maintenance scans by raid size and combat state; large raids now update at most every 500 ms in combat and every 1.5 seconds while idle.
- Reused stable visible aura and healing-state fingerprints so unchanged aura events do not redraw unit rows.
- Skipped render publication and full frame redraws when roster grouping state is unchanged.
Fixed
- Fixed range refresh timers restarting unnecessarily during roster notification bursts.
- Fixed repeated group and raid roster events triggering duplicate layout transitions.
- Fixed status badges anchoring outside their unit row and drifting into adjacent raid groups.

Version: 1.2.46
2026-09-01
Added
- Added group-wide protected dispel detection for player, party, and raid frames using Blizzard-managed aura slots that continue updating when aura details are restricted.
- Added class-, specialization-, talent-, and pet-aware cure detection with secure left, right, and middle mouse assignments for characters with multiple distinct cures.
- Added active cure assignments to the Click Casting settings and public provider diagnostics through
/hr aura playerand/hr aura party1.
Changed

- Limited recurring range refresh rendering to units whose range state actually changed, reducing periodic roster-frame work.
Fixed
- Fixed Remove Corruption failing to highlight removable Curse and Poison effects for Guardian, Feral, and Balance Druids.
- Fixed automatic dispel buttons appearing only on the player frame instead of every eligible group member.
- Fixed protected dispel alerts remaining invisible because managed aura buttons were initialized, anchored, or enabled in the wrong lifecycle order.
- Fixed multi-cure classes relying on a single ambiguous macro instead of binding each available cure to a deterministic secure mouse action.
- Fixed talent-enhanced cures, Evoker Bleed removal, Hunter Mending Bandage, and Warlock pet dispels using incomplete or stale capability data.
Version: 1.2.45
2026-08-18
Fixed

Version: 1.2.44
2026-08-17
Fixed
- Fixed mirrored click-cast cooldown handling polling restricted spell cooldown values from secure click callbacks or retrying rejected cooldown values, preventing HealReforged from carrying secret combat values through addon-owned cooldown paths.
Version: 1.2.43
2026-08-16
Fixed
- Fixed mirrored action cooldowns still waiting until combat ended for talent- or specialization-overridden spells by resolving each spell binding to the character's active override ID before starting the combat-safe cooldown fallback.
Version: 1.2.42
2026-08-16
Fixed
- Fixed mirrored click-cast action cooldowns failing to appear in restricted combat by rendering the safe hardware-click fallback immediately after a successful cast.
- Fixed targeted healer spells such as Riptide and Unleash Life losing their numeric spell IDs when converted into secure unit-target macros, allowing combat cooldown fallbacks to work across macro-backed spell bindings.
- Fixed dispel readiness remaining visually stale in restricted combat by using Blizzard's native dispellable-aura alert alongside the existing secure dispel action.
Version: 1.2.41
2026-08-14
Fixed
- Fixed Retail 12.1 combat taint warnings from legacy
GetAuraDataByIndexandGetAuraSlotsscans by checking every aura index and filter before enumeration, failing closed on unreadable restriction results, and preserving the last readable addon snapshot while Blizzard's native aura containers continue updating.
Version: 1.2.40
2026-08-14
Changed
- Made the entire reforged unit frame dim when out of range and return to its configured bright in-range appearance, keeping the range cue visible at smaller frame sizes.
Version: 1.2.39 - I want to thank a wonderful Healer Maddienna for her feedback on HealReforged. I am a Tank who codes and I hope this addon helps all you Healers and Tanks, even DPS.
2026-08-14
Added
- Added Retail 12.1 native
AuraContainerrendering for live unit-frame buffs and debuffs, preserving aura icons, stacks, cooldowns, and dispel borders while aura data is secret in combat. - Added a Frame Click Casting setting that can disable secure unit-row clicks and hover bindings while leaving action, dispel, and other explicit buttons clickable.
Changed
- Arranged native auras into two horizontal three-icon rows, with prioritized harmful auras above helpful auras.
- Updated native aura cooldowns to use compact outlined and abbreviated timer text that remains inside the aura icons.
Fixed
- Fixed combat auras disappearing after Retail 12.1 restricted direct addon aura inspection.
- Fixed native aura containers rendering below reforged frame artwork, creating undersized icons, or wrapping each icon into a vertical column.
- Fixed external aura icons, detached group backgrounds, and unused reforged layout width intercepting world clicks for totems and ground-targeted abilities.
Version: 1.2.38
2026-08-13
Fixed
- Fixed range indicators appearing suspended after their refresh ticker starts or re-arms by immediately capturing and rendering the current group range state.
- Fixed mirrored click-cast action buttons failing to show long spell cooldowns in combat when Retail restricts live cooldown timestamps; safe base cooldown timers now begin from the hardware click.
- Fixed mirrored action-button cooldown numbers rendering behind the cooldown sweep by raising their text overlay above the cooldown widget.
Version: 1.2.37
2026-08-13
Fixed
- Fixed the empty right side of left-aligned reforged aura lanes still intercepting click-casts. The secure row hit area now follows the left/right aura-side setting and leaves unused right-side space available for world clicks such as totems and ground-targeted heals.
Version: 1.2.36
2026-08-12
Added
- Added an Aura Side setting in NewUI Frames so tracked aura icons can be placed on the left or right of reforged live frames.
Fixed
- Fixed left-side aura placement so the complete aura lane anchors at the frame edge and builds outward to the left, keeping its icon hit boxes clear of the opposite side of moved frames.
Version: 1.2.35
2026-08-11
Changed
- Made roster power, mana, rage, and other resource bars follow the explicit Show Power Bar setting for every role instead of hiding them based on the local character's specialization.
Fixed
- Fixed Patch 12.1 target refreshes crashing when
UnitClassreturns a secret class token; unreadable class data now fails closed instead of reaching class comparisons or lookup tables. - Fixed Patch 12.1 secret PvP and War Mode boolean values crashing avatar-indicator refreshes; unreadable cosmetic state now safely remains hidden.
Version: 1.2.34
2026-08-11
Changed
- Reduced 25-player raid CPU usage by reusing cached incoming-heal and absorb values during ordinary health updates; those values now refresh only from their dedicated prediction and absorb events.
Version: 1.2.33
2026-08-10
Changed
- Prepared Tank Tools for Midnight Season 2 by retiring the Season 1 Skyreach seed list; generated priority marks now use the current installed MDT dungeon data exclusively.
Added
- Added Midnight Season 2 readiness notes covering the August 11 Patch 12.1 launch, August 18 seasonal unlocks, Mythic+ rotation, Mythic 0 reward/reset schedule, gear progression, and Patch 12.1 compatibility considerations.
Fixed

AuraUtiladdon aura scans before Retail blocksGetAuraDataByIndexorGetAuraSlots; non-aura unit snapshot updates continue normally. - Fixed Patch 12.1 readable aura payloads containing secret booleans by normalizing
isFromPlayerOrPlayerPetbefore testing fallback ownership fields.
Version: 1.2.32
2026-08-09
Added
- Added click-casting trigger capture: click a binding trigger, then press a keyboard key, mouse button, wheel direction, or modifier combination to reassign it; keyboard triggers use secure hovered-unit clicks and conflicting triggers swap automatically.
- Added low-overhead performance diagnostics, deterministic live-frame scenarios, and Lua 5.1 regression coverage for state, scheduling, profiles, secure deferral, alerts, and extracted policies.
- Added activity and encounter profile rules with automatic switching, manual locking, previews, import diffs, selected-section application, migrations, and transactional rollback.
- Added high-contrast and color-vision accessibility presets, reduced motion, redundant threat text, and independent text and indicator scaling.
- Added explainable alert arbitration and triage diagnostics with matched inputs, suppression reasons, profile context, and safe numeric source attribution.
- Added shared TankTools utility capabilities and a secure hardware-click preferred-marker action for tank live frames.
- Added central settings schema recovery, transactional settings mutation, public module contracts, and a documented legacy UI retirement path.
Changed
- Healer specializations now hide mana and other power bars on target and roster live frames and expand health bars into the freed space for stronger health visibility; the local player frame keeps its power bar.
- Split live-frame alert, aura, action, layout, roster, diagnostics, and Blizzard-frame suppression policy from the protected FrameRenderer orchestration path.
- Split guarded unit capture, aura policy, healing-awareness policy, and range arbitration from UnitAdapter while preserving Retail secret-value and combat-safety contracts.
- Reduced hot-path work through narrow aura ownership, structural render caching, compact StateStore notifications, departed-unit pruning, adaptive range cadence, and active-nameplate refreshes.
- Made NewUI the authoritative feature settings surface while retaining the legacy window for Help and recovery routing.
Fixed
- Fixed live accessibility rendering attempting to read an out-of-scope
accessibilityvalue during core unit refreshes. - Fixed nested scheduler work, stale unit metadata, deferred secure-work retention, profile import safety, and renderer refresh paths identified by the optimization assessment.
Version: 1.2.29
2026-07-27
Fixed
- Fixed Tank Tools mouseover target-marker and clear-marker actions to target the hovered unit before running
/tm, which only applies markers to the current target on Retail.
Version: 1.2.28
2026-07-25
Fixed
- Fixed Tank Tools preferred marking so Tab securely cycles to the next hostile target and moves the preferred marker in the same hardware keypress.
- Right-clicking a target marker now securely marks the current hostile target, saves that icon as preferred, and announces the preferred focus marker in instance chat.
- Right-clicking the selected preferred marker again now deselects it, removes its highlight, restores normal Tab targeting, and persists the unselected state.
- Preferred-marker Tab bindings now update outside combat and defer safely until combat ends when the preference changes during combat.
Version: 1.2.27
2026-07-21
Changed
- Reduced live combat CPU and allocation pressure by keeping HoT and maintenance-aura scans on aura events, caching compiled aura-indicator rules, using lightweight refreshes for known roster members, updating active nameplates instead of scanning all nameplate tokens during threat bursts, and disconnecting hidden legacy settings from live state updates.
Fixed
- Fixed tank-facing healer mana alerts so display-backed mana values reliably trigger at 35%, flashing the local tank player frame and healer row with recovery hysteresis to prevent repeated alerts.
- Added healer-role roster alerts that flash a friendly player row when health drops below 50%, resetting above 60% to prevent repeated flashes near the threshold.
- Fixed HealReforged failing to load when
UI/FrameRenderer.luaexceeded Lua 5.1's 200-local-variable limit; the renderer now compiles and registers before Bootstrap initializes modules.
Version: 1.2.26
2026-07-19
Added
- Added
/hr inspect [unit]and/hr inspectrange [unit]diagnostics to capture live snapshot, render, resource-orb, and range-decision state for faster troubleshooting. - Added Tank Tools toggles for Blizzard nameplate threat visibility and optional all-spec display in both the legacy settings window and the NewUI page.
Changed
- Reworked reforged live-frame sizing defaults and limits so player/target/group dimensions, row height, and shared avatar controls better match the current compact layout presets.
- Updated Show Pet Frames so party and raid pets render in a separate Pets group instead of mixing into player group panels.
Fixed
- Fixed player resource orb persistence so existing characters keep the orb enabled by default unless they explicitly change it, and both settings UIs now save that preference correctly.
- Fixed player class-resource display propagation so class power values and text flow through snapshots, render state, and row fingerprint refreshes, which keeps the resource orb and inspect diagnostics in sync.
Version: 1.2.25
2026-07-14
Fixed
- Fixed reforged class-colored health bars to use the authored per-class base bar textures again instead of falling back to the shared generic bar appearance.
- Fixed grouped in-range health visuals so the class-specific
_IRbar art is selected fromMedia/LiveFramesand rendered with its authored appearance instead of being distorted by the previous tint and additive-blend path.
Version: 1.2.24
2026-07-13
Added
- Added a separate player-only class resource orb for spec/class powers like Holy Power, using the circular target-ring art as a dedicated live-frame indicator without replacing the existing power bar.
Fixed
- Fixed player resource orb rollout and persistence so existing characters default the feature on unless they explicitly toggle it off, and both frame settings UIs now preserve that choice.
- Fixed the player resource orb render path to avoid a Lua helper-scope nil-call during
/hr inspect playerdiagnostics. - Repositioned the player resource orb lower and left of the
YOUstatus so it no longer overlaps the player-frame footer text.
Version: 1.2.23
2026-07-05
Changed
- Fixed reforged class-colored health bars to tint the shared shiny/dull health-bar textures with the actual class color instead of relying on inconsistent per-class bar assets.
- Updated tank threat text rendering to use
FontString:SetFormattedTextfor secret-backed threat percentages instead of formatting restricted values in Lua. - Changed tank threat nameplate percentage selection to prefer raw threat percent over scaled percent so it behaves more like a threat meter instead of collapsing to mostly
0%or100%. - Added Tank Tools controls for the nameplate threat overlay: enabled by default for tank specs, with an opt-in toggle for all specs.
- Updated tank threat source selection to use raw threat while climbing and switch to lead percentage once you become the primary target, so the overlay keeps updating correctly when you take aggro from another player.
- Replaced unstable numeric threat percentages with threat-state text labels and color cues (
LOW,GAIN,TANK,UNSAFE,THRT) for the target frame and nameplate overlay.
Version: 1.2.22
2026-07-04
Fixed
- Fixed
/hr threat platescrashing when Retail returns secret-backed threat diagnostic values while execution is tainted by HealReforged.
Version: 1.2.21
2026-07-04
Fixed
- Allowed the tank threat nameplate overlay to display a
T 0%fallback when Retail returns no detailed threat percent fields butUnitThreatPercentageOfLeadreturns zero for the visible hostile nameplate.
Version: 1.2.20
2026-07-04
Changed
- Expanded the
/hr threat platessummary line with addon version and aggregate threat API return counts so one pasted diagnostic line identifies whether percentages are unavailable or ignored.
Version: 1.2.19

Changed
- Expanded
/hr threat plates [count]diagnostics to include the detailed threat API return shape for each visible sampled nameplate.
Version: 1.2.18
2026-07-04
Changed
- Updated the tank threat nameplate overlay to show on hostile visible enemies whenever the tank has threat data, including open-world pulls and boss fights, instead of requiring an eligible instance or dummy exception.
- Labeled the nameplate threat percentage as tank threat (
T 100%) and moved it above the enemy health bar so it is not confused with the enemy health percent. - Added
/hr threat plates [count]diagnostics to report visible nameplate threat display, overlay, and attachment state.
Version: 1.2.17
2026-07-04
Changed
- Allowed the tank threat overlay on enemy training dummy units outside instances while keeping ordinary open-world enemies hidden.
- Updated
/hr threat [unit]diagnostics to report whether the target is being treated as a training dummy exception.
Version: 1.2.16
2026-07-04
Added
- Added

Version: 1.2.15
2026-07-04
Fixed
- Fixed a BugGrabber error in the tank threat overlay caused by comparing secret-backed threat percentage numbers on tainted addon paths; restricted threat values now fail closed instead of throwing.
Version: 1.2.14
2026-07-04
Added
- Added tank-spec-only enemy threat percentage text for instanced PvE content, shown on the HealReforged target frame and Blizzard enemy nameplates.
- Added Blizzard nameplate threat overlays that attach to visible enemy
nameplateNunits and refresh from WoW threat events while hiding automatically outside tank spec, supported instances, or enemy units.
Version: 1.2.13
2026-07-04
Fixed
- Fixed reforged grouped-row right-click targeting so packed rows no longer keep invisible top or bottom hit areas that can cause the unit above to receive the click and open the wrong unit menu.
- Reset custom row hit-rect insets when unit buttons leave reforged layout mode so stale click bounds do not persist across style or layout changes.
Version: 1.2.12
2026-07-04
Fixed
- Fixed reforged avatar portraits rendering as broken portrait texture sheets by replacing the direct portrait
SetMaskpath with a removableMaskTexturearoundSetPortraitTexture, allowing Blizzard's portrait crop coordinates to apply correctly while preserving the circular avatar mask. - Fixed reforged avatar portrait sizing so the inner portrait crop is calculated from the actual avatar frame dimensions and scales with the shared avatar size control across player, target, and grouped live frames.
Version: 1.2.11
2026-07-03
Changed
- Reorganized the NewUI Frames page so the shared Player And Target Frame Height control now lives with the other unit size controls instead of under skin defaults.
- Converted Group Gap, Row Gap, and Frame Opacity in the NewUI Frames page from dropdowns to live sliders so spacing and opacity update the live frames while dragging.
Fixed
- Fixed reforged player and target avatar sizing so the shared avatar size and offset settings now match the grouped live-frame avatar presentation instead of rendering smaller on player or target rows.
Version: 1.2.10
2026-07-03
Changed
- Reworked NewUI Frames sizing controls to use live sliders with immediate frame updates while dragging instead of text inputs, oversized numeric dropdowns, or an Apply Sizes button.
- Updated Reset Sizes, Balanced defaults, and addon defaults to the current normal live-frame dimensions: player width 400, target width 700, player/target height 64, group width 350, group seed height 480, and row height 88.
- Renamed size and avatar controls to better describe which live frames they affect.
Fixed
- Fixed live-frame sizing persistence so applied size and shared avatar settings sync through account settings, character frame state, active profile snapshots, and reloads.
- Fixed reforged live-frame width/height handling so width stretches horizontal regions while height controls row/core layout without non-uniformly stretching avatars, action buttons, aura icons, or socket controls.
- Fixed group rows with action buttons reserving group height but rendering the row too short, which caused action buttons to overlap the unit art.
- Fixed zero row-gap layouts still showing large vertical gaps between group members by removing phantom action-tray height and packing reforged roster rows by their measured visible bounds.
- Fixed grouped roster range state dropping valid Blizzard
UnitInRangeanswers when Retail surfaced restricted boolean range returns, which could stop the shiny_IRhealth art from appearing for nearby allies. - Fixed grouped range visuals still failing for nearby allies when both
UnitInRangeand spell-range checks collapsed, by restoring a groupedUnitIsVisiblefallback for in-range art decisions. - Fixed sizing input labels overlapping the editable fields in the Frames page.
Version: 1.2.6
2026-07-03
Changed
- Added
/hr inspectrange <unit>so grouped range debugging can print the live instance-range decision chain without relying on screenshots.
Fixed
- Fixed grouped instance range evaluation dropping valid
UnitInRangeandUnitDistanceSquaredprimary results when Blizzard omitted the secondary checked flag, which could leave nearby party members stuck atrange=unknown. - Fixed utility-only snapshot refreshes replacing the utility table object, which could desync live roster rows from updated range-state changes during range polling.
- Fixed reforged health-bar rendering so in-range health art has an explicit overlay path on the filled health region instead of depending only on the statusbar texture swap.
Version: 1.2.5
2026-06-25
Added
- Added class-specific reforged health-bar textures for every playable class, including matching shiny
_IRvariants and a priest-style shield/absorb overlay bar.
Changed
- Re-enabled the
Class Color Onhealth-bar replacement mode in both the legacy Frames settings and the NewUI Frames page so class colors can drive the actual health-bar art again instead of text only.
Fixed
- Fixed the reforged renderer forcing
Class Color Onback to text mode, which prevented class-specific health-bar art from ever being selected even when the setting existed in saved data.
Version: 1.2.4
2026-06-25
Fixed
- Fixed reforged live-frame range visuals so the shiny
_IRhealth and power bars no longer depend on the legacy range-border path to activate. - Fixed reforged roster rows still painting the old health-bar range border even after the shiny bar style replaced that visual cue.
- Fixed party-member range detection in mythic-style group content by hardening the UnitAdapter range fallback path to prefer live group/spell checks and to try multiple known friendly range probe spells instead of a single fragile fallback.
Version: 1.2.3
2026-06-25
Added
- Added an inline search field to the NewUI Click Casting spell picker so spells can be filtered quickly inside the dropdown before inserting a binding.
Fixed
- Fixed Click Casting spell-picker paging so Previous Page and Next Page no longer force the dropdown closed between page changes.
- Fixed Click Casting spell-picker pagination to operate on the filtered result set when a search is active instead of paging the full unfiltered category.

Fixed
- Fixed the lingering left-side avatar box in the reforged live-frame/main-frame layout by hiding the custom edge-border chrome that was still rendering even after the portrait surface was suppressed.
- Fixed the roster-row right-side aura strip not appearing in the reforged layout by restoring the skipped aura-slot layout pass on reforged rows.
- Fixed the right-side aura lane showing extra non-configured buffs by removing the fallback helpful-aura paths and restoring the original tracked HOT/countdown-style filtering instead of broad player-cast buff inclusion.
- Fixed player and target rows incorrectly rendering the roster aura strip; right-side aura indicators are now kept on group/roster rows only.
- Fixed the reforged roster debuff/dispel socket disappearing entirely when the entry existed but was currently inactive; the socket can now render its inactive state again while still highlighting active dispels correctly.
- Fixed detached/group tab placement so the tabs sit on the frame edge instead of floating above the frame shell.
- Fixed the reforged right-side aura strip anchor so it returns to the frame-edge layout position instead of drifting outward with the dispel socket offset.
Version: 1.2.1

Added
- Added full NewUI pages for Click Casting, Profiles, Tank Tools, and Help, replacing the remaining placeholder routes with real GH3-styled pages.
- Added NewUI profile management for account and character slots, specialization profile assignment, visual presets, profile import/export, and active setup summaries.
- Added NewUI Tank Tools controls for visibility, display, MDT dungeon imports, priority-list editing, and priority import/export while keeping protected marker behavior in the Tank Tools module.
- Added a NewUI Help page with setup guidance, recovery actions, page topics, and diagnostics.
- Added a Reload UI tab to the NewUI shell.
- Added
/hr legacy,/hr old, and/hr olduias temporary access paths for the legacy settings UI.
Changed
- The NewUI is now the default settings launcher: left-clicking the minimap button, using the addon compartment normally, or running
/hropens the NewUI. - The legacy settings window is now available from the minimap right-click menu and the new legacy slash commands.
- Migrated General and Frames controls to shared GH3-style NewUI dropdowns, compact action buttons, checkboxes, and row components instead of old Blizzard-style controls.
- Preserved NewUI scroll position when changing settings so pages no longer jump back to the top after each change.
- Updated addon-compartment metadata to use the documented hover handler fields.
Fixed
- Fixed NewUI scrollbar thumbs not visually tracking the page scroll position.
- Fixed General and Frames page controls that were duplicated, stale, or not wired to live settings refreshes.
- Fixed missing Frames functionality in NewUI, including the Copy From section.
- Fixed a NewUI text input runtime error caused by calling an unavailable single-line edit-box method.
- Fixed Binding Presets controls so command buttons use the shared compact NewUI style and no longer overlap row status text.
- Enlarged the Tank Tools priority import/export text area to fit its panel.
- Fixed the NewUI shell size setting so it persists in saved settings and maps the monitor-size choices to GH3-style window dimensions instead of treating monitor resolutions as direct UI scale multipliers.
