HealerSim is a gear optimization and simulation tool for World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic.
The addon exports your character to HealerSim.com, where your equipped gear and usable bag items are evaluated to help determine what you should actually equip and reforge.
HealerSim can evaluate:
- Equipped gear
- Bag upgrades
- Reforges
- Gems and socket bonuses
- Trinkets and proc effects
- Tier/set bonuses
- Heirloom and level-scaled gear
- Off-spec equipment
The goal is simple:
Given the gear I own, what should I actually wear?
How It Works
- Install HealerSim.
- Log into your healer.
- Generate an export.
- Visit HealerSim.com.
- Paste the export and run the simulation.
- Follow the recommended gear and reforges.
HealerSim and Online Guides
HealerSim is not intended to replace class guides.

HealerSim focuses on the part a general guide cannot answer for every player:

Instead of relying only on generalized stat priorities, HealerSim evaluates your actual equipment and attempts to compare complete loadouts.
Accuracy
HealerSim does not claim a made-up accuracy percentage.
When a supported mechanic can be modeled, HealerSim uses it in the optimization.
When an item or effect cannot be safely understood, the goal is to report, protect, or exclude it rather than silently inventing a value.
