HealerSim is a healer simulation and gear optimization platform for World of Warcraft.
The addon captures your character, equipped gear, talents, glyphs, and usable equipment in your bags, then exports that data to HealerSim.com.
The website evaluates your actual character using spec-specific healer mechanics and 125,000-sample paired simulations to determine whether a recommended setup is expected to perform better than your current one.

It evaluates the character and equipment you actually own, builds alternative configurations, and compares them directly against your current setup.
HOW IT WORKS
- Install the HealerSim addon.
- Log into your healer.
- Generate an export.
- Visit HealerSim.com.
- Paste your export.
- Choose your encounter settings.
- Run the simulation.
- Review and apply the recommended changes.
BUILT AROUND VERIFICATION
HealerSim is designed around transparency and repeatable testing.
Recommendations are compared directly against your current configuration using paired simulation states.
If character or item data cannot be resolved safely, HealerSim is designed to block or warn rather than silently guess.
High iteration counts verify stability inside the model, while continued live-player testing and calibration are used to validate and improve the model itself.
MOP CLASSIC VALIDATION
The MoP Classic healer engine has completed a full stability sweep across all six supported healing specializations.
Validation included:
• 217 / 217 automated checks passed
• 179 separate 125,000-state simulations
• Approximately 22.3 million matched encounter states
• Multiple encounter lengths
• Mana pressure and OOM testing
• Haste breakpoint validation
• Gear, gem, and reforge testing
• Tier and trinket interaction testing
• Recommendation convergence testing
MoP Classic is currently considered Stable.
