- Claim the head of every enemy player you land the killing blow on in PvP
- New heads wait in the main window: hover them and they tremble, click to offer them at the Blood Altar
- A new head costs ritual blood (new honor): 50, +20% per offering; players already on the altar add every kill straight to their trophy
- Rarity grows with kills of the same player: Common (1), Uncommon (3), Rare (10), Epic (50), Legendary (100), Chrome (150)
- Trophy cards show kills, progress, where you last killed the player and your killing blow
- Kill log on hover: date, time, zone, map position and killing blow of every kill
- Killing blows read from the combat log in any language, including pet kills; spell, damage school, amount and overkill captured
- Animated ritual blood bar: heartbeat, light wave and falling drops
- Retail (Midnight) and WoW: Forever
