Headcount

Headcount is a lightweight raid attendance tracker that logs raid sessions and player participation for easy guild reporting. It automatically captures raid rosters, stores session history, and provides clean export tools for spreadsheets, officer review, or long-term attendance tracking.

Features

• Saves full raid rosters for each recorded session

  • Single session

  • All runs of a specific raid

How to Use

Type /hc to open the Headcount window. Attendance can be recorded manually by clicking the Record button in the UI, or by using the slash command /hc record during a raid. To export your data, open the Export window, choose your export scope and format, then copy the generated output for use in Google Sheets, Excel, or other tools. Notes can be added per session or by player directly in the session details panel.
