  Note that they don't work, as they're missing the criteria list in game.
  I could manually include the id->criteria map, but even with the
  includeHidden arg to the achievement functions the criteria don't show
  mob ids or names... so I'd need to go complete the entire achievement
  while taking careful notes.
  ...I'll do it if they don't start working in, say, 9.0.2.
