HarvestGoal is a lightweight farming progress tracker for World of Warcraft, designed to work across multiple WoW versions — including WoW Retail, Classic variants, and the WoW Forever Beta.

Track your farming targets directly in-game by assigning items to customizable slots, setting collection goals, and monitoring your progress in real time.

HarvestGoal is designed to stay simple, lightweight, and easy to use, while giving players a convenient way to track farming materials, crafting reagents, collectibles, and other items.

🌍 Supported WoW Versions

HarvestGoal is built to support the different versions of World of Warcraft from a shared addon codebase.

Currently supported:

• World of Warcraft Retail • WoW Classic variants • WoW Forever Beta

Compatibility is maintained as the different WoW clients receive interface and API updates.

WoW Forever support is currently considered Beta support. Changes to the client or its addon API may temporarily affect functionality while the game itself is still in development.

🎯 How It Works

1. Drag an item onto one of the tracking slots
2. Right-click the slot to set your farming goal
3. Collect items and watch your progress update automatically

HarvestGoal continuously monitors your tracked items and updates their progress as you collect or store them.

This makes it easy to keep an eye on farming goals without having to repeatedly check your bags or bank.

💡 Inspiration

HarvestGoal was inspired by the addon FarmIt.

The goal is not to recreate FarmIt, but to provide a modern, lightweight, and flexible farming tracker that works across current World of Warcraft versions while keeping the interface simple and unobtrusive.

🔧 Development

HarvestGoal is actively maintained and continues to receive compatibility updates, improvements, and new features.

Planned improvements include:

• Configurable slot counts • Additional UI customization • More quality-of-life options • Continued compatibility updates for supported WoW versions • Further improvements to WoW Forever support as its addon environment evolves
