Added BANK VIEW with automatic per-character last-known bank snapshots, viewable anywhere in read-only mode.
Bag layouts now remain stable while open when using, consuming, or selling items; full category reflow occurs on the next bag open.
Fixed live bank tooltips so they remain visible for the full hover duration.
Fixed bank tooltips that could show Vendor/Auction values without the actual item name.
Improved bank tooltip recovery when Classic or another tooltip addon modifies tooltip contents.
Preserved the working fresh-login B / Shift-B bag key behavior and all existing bank/bag customization.
