- Hardened the Current Run JSON export path after QA found a copied Current Run
  JSON sample containing readable text rather than JSON.
- Current Run JSON now passes through an explicit JSON validation guard before the
  export window opens. It must contain a JSON object and the expected
  `exportType: current-run` marker.
- Added the same validation guard to Current Character and single Full Database
  JSON exports so a future routing regression cannot silently substitute another
  export format.
- Validation failures now show a clear error report instead of falling back to a
  readable text export.
- Added visible export-format labels in the export window: READABLE TEXT, JSON,
  JSON CHUNKS or ERROR.
- Clarified Data Management button names so text and JSON choices are visually
  distinct.
- Retains the tested ~200 KB chunk target and chunk reconstruction behaviour.
- No database schema change; tracking schema remains 3.
- Retains the v0.1.6 equipment/talent persistence fixes and v0.1.7 export-scaling
  functionality.
