Guild Recruiter

Find unguilded players, whisper and invite them one click at a time, and never spam the same player twice.

Guild Recruiter is a recruiting assistant for guild officers. It searches with /who, keeps a list of players without a guild, and contacts them with your message and a clickable Guild Finder link. Every contact is remembered for the number of months you choose.

Fully within Blizzard's rules: every /who search and every whisper or invite starts from your own click or key press. Nothing is sent on its own.

Features

• Smart /who search: set a level range and the classes you want. Searches with more than 50 results are split automatically into smaller level ranges and then by class. Keep clicking until the counter reaches zero.
• Only unguilded players: players already in a guild, blacklisted or contacted recently are always skipped.
• One click = one player: "Contact next" whispers and/or invites the next player in the list. You choose the mode: whisper, invite or both.
• Messages with tags: up to 5 messages, one picked at random for each contact.

  • {class} and {level}
  • Long messages are split into two whispers without breaking the link.
• Anti-spam memory: contacted players are remembered for 1 to 36 months, shared by all characters on the account. Includes a blacklist and an optional daily contact limit.
• Officer sync: officers using the addon share who they contacted, so nobody whispers the same player twice.
• Replies you can't miss: when a contacted player whispers you back, an on-screen alert shows their class, level and message, with a Reply button. An optional sound plays too.
• Results tracking: joined, declined, already in a guild or offline, with counters for today and in total.
• Automatic welcome: greets the players you invited in guild chat when they join.
• Right-click "Invite to guild": on any player in chat, target or party, invite only, no whisper.
• Safe by design:
  • Works only if you are in a guild and your rank can invite.
  • Searches, whispers and invites are blocked in combat and while the game locks addon messages (boss fights).

• /grec or /recluta: open the window
• /grec scan: search
• /grec next: contact the next player
• /grec skip: skip the next player
• /grec minimap: show or hide the minimap button
• /grec test: preview the reply alert

Key bindings: Options > Keybindings > AddOns > Guild Recruiter (open window, search, contact next).

Languages

English and Italian (it follows your game client language).

Notes

• Specialization is not available from /who (the game only shows it by inspecting a nearby player). Write the role you are looking for in your message, for example "we are looking for healers".
• The {guildlink} tag needs a Guild Finder listing for your guild. Without one, it becomes the guild name.
