    v1.12.0 - Guild roster summary and stale tooltip warning (#31)

    * Add /gnu roster command and stale tooltip warning (closes #19, #25)

    - /gnu roster: prints guild summary to chat (member count, avg ilvl,
      Main/Alt counts, profession coverage); /gnu roster mains filters to
      Mains only; defers 0.5s after GuildRoster() for fresh data
    - Stale tooltip warning: yellow warning when a group member's note
      ilvl is >= staleThreshold below their live ilvl; configurable in
      settings (default 15, set 0 to disable)

    * Hardcode stale threshold, redesign roster as per-member list

    * Style roster header green title + gold stats line

    * Color roster names by class using RAID_CLASS_COLORS
