Adds a Class dropdown beside the Search button that filters the /who search by class. Welcome and Decline messages can now be written and sent automatically as whispers when a player joins or declines.

• Class dropdown selection is remembered per guild profile
• /who search now applies the selected class using the c-"Class" query format
• Added Welcome Message and Decline Message to the message type dropdown, each saved per guild profile
• Added Send on Join and Send on Decline checkboxes that whisper those messages on join and on decline
• Send on Join and Send on Decline checkboxes show only with their own message type; both default to unchecked
• Welcome whispers are triggered by the guild join system message, the same way declines are detected
• Decline Message is sent 8 seconds after the decline is detected
• Welcome whispers are sent once per player; automatic whispers use the whisper macros and are not logged
• Fixed an invite being matched again after its decline, which could log a duplicate decline

Adds a Zone column, the @race, @realm, @myrace and @myrank macros, and a Send Guild Invite Link right-click action. Failure messages now show in red, empty level inputs default to 10 and 90, and the results table columns were rebalanced.
