Guild OS — All-in-One Guild Manager
Guild OS replaces the bare-bones Blizzard guild panel with a full management hub. It quietly collects and shares each member's gear, professions, account-wide attunements, raid attendance and loot — then layers on the officer tools a serious TBC guild actually needs: enchant audits, raid composition & cooldown coverage, attendance scoring, and a built-in loot master.
No spreadsheets. No external sites. No manual inspecting. Install it, press J, and the data fills itself in.
Why Guild OS?
The default guild frame shows a name and a level. That's it. Guild OS gives officers and members instant visibility into what people are wearing, what they're attuned to, who showed up on time with their consumables, and who walked away with the loot — all in one clean, dark-themed window that opens where your old guild frame used to.
The more guildmates who run it, the more complete the picture becomes. Everything syncs automatically in the background, compressed and throttled so it never spams the channel.

How It Works
- Install Guild OS on any guild member's client
- Press J to open it (it takes over the default guild frame)
- Your gear, professions, attunements and stats are collected automatically
- Data is compressed and shared with other Guild OS users in your guild
- Click any member to see their full character at a glance
- Officers unlock the full toolkit: enchant audits, raid tools, attendance, loot master, loot history, trials, recruitment, alt linking and rank config
The more guildmates who install it, the more you'll see.
Notes
- Built specifically for WoW TBC Anniversary (Interface
20505) - Channel messages (LookingForGroup, Trade) require a hardware click due to Blizzard restrictions — Guild OS uses a clickable popup instead of sending silently
- Officer status is a configurable guild-rank threshold, adjustable in Settings by current officers
- Data is stored per-guild in SavedVariables (isolated per guild name + realm)
- Upgrading from the old BRutus? Your data migrates automatically on first load
