Guild Nexus

Guild Nexus — Your guild, your groups, your raid plans.

Guild Nexus brings group finding, raid sign-ups, roster management and tactical planning together inside the game.

Whether you’re finding players for a dungeon or preparing your next guild raid, Guild Nexus helps you see who is available, organize your group and give every raider clear instructions.

What can you do with Guild Nexus?

• Guild & Public Group Finder
Create dungeon and quest groups, list yourself as available, or browse recruiting groups and players. Find people within your guild or through public LFG, with clear class and role icons, member details, invitation requests and whisper actions.

• Shared Calendar & Raid Sign-ups
Schedule raids and guild events. Sign up with your role and specialization, share your availability, or mark yourself tentative or absent.

• Raid Rosters & Attendance
Let Raid Leaders select players directly from the sign-up list, organize the final roster and manage reserves. Player responses remain separate from the leader’s roster decisions. Review recorded raid sessions and attendance.

• Interactive Raid Planner
Prepare encounters using native maps, draggable player positions, raid markers, notes, drawings and arrows. Organize phases, assignments and debuff plans, save templates and share preparations with your guild.

• Live Raid & Personal Alerts
Keep your assigned job visible during the encounter with personal instructions, map overlays, planned countdowns and sound alerts. Preview your setup and adjust overlay size, opacity and placement.

• Guild Bank & Community Tools
Browse the latest synchronized bank information available to your rank, find guild members and their professions, and keep up with announcements and polls.

• 16 Warcraft-Inspired Themes
Personalize the interface with configurable fonts, window sizing, opacity and alert settings.

Discord synchronization — in development

We’re also developing a Discord bot to connect raid sign-ups with Guild Nexus.

The planned integration will let players sign up through Discord or the addon, with their responses synchronized between both. Discord sign-ups will appear in game, where the Raid Leader can add players directly to the final roster.

This integration is still in development and will be announced separately when available.

Getting started

Open Guild Nexus with /gn, the minimap button, or Interface → AddOns → Guild Nexus.

Participating guild members need Guild Nexus installed to share addon-specific calendars, plans and guild data. Native public LFG and ordinary whispers can also connect you with players who do not use the addon.

Feedback and feature suggestions are welcome. When reporting a problem, include your addon version and the steps needed to reproduce it.
