    Nouveau skin taverne appliqué à la fenêtre principale et aux panneaux

    - TradeScanner_UI_Skin.lua : moteur de skin réutilisable + texture de fond
    - Textures/tavern-empty.tga : fond taverne 32-bit power-of-2
    - Intégration du skin dans les panneaux existants
