    v1.3.4 — Broaden cross-guild presence announcements

    Announce presence cross-guild on more hardware events so a player
    becomes visible to sister guilds as soon as they interact with the
    addon, not only when opening the Orders tab:

    - tab switch (any tab), Refresh button, minimap left-click → BroadcastWho
    - the ping stays throttled (one WHO per 5s) so this can't spam
    - ping moved out of SetTab (which also runs from Build with no hardware
      event) into the actual click handlers, to avoid ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED
