Guild Bank Viewer

Guild Bank Viewer is built for guilds that use one or more "mule" characters as an informal bank. Instead of pinging whoever's logged into the mule, guild members with this addon can browse a synced snapshot of its contents anytime — see a history of what's moved through it — and coordinate who gets what.

Features

• Guild-Master-gated mule approval: designating a mule requires sign-off from the actual Guild Master before its snapshots or Need requests are accepted
• Auto-refreshing snapshots: approved mule inventories rebroadcast automatically after bag changes, including items sent via mail, and a full rescan triggers immediately if items move while the bank is open
• Compact, gapless inventory grid — bag and bank stacks flow together with no empty slots
• Activity Log tab with separate Transactions and Need Requests history views, each timestamped with month/day
  • Transactions log mule mail activity (items and gold sent or collected) and gold spent on bank bag slot purchases
  • Need Requests history tracks every reservation, edit, cancellation, and fulfillment
• Offline sync: request the latest cached snapshot from any online guild member, even if the mule itself is offline
• Item reservation system: reserve a quantity, edit or cancel your own request (with a confirm dialog before canceling), and see totals vs. availability — over-requested items highlighted in red
• Reservation changes locked to the original requester or the matching approved mule; other guild messages attempting to alter a reservation are ignored
• Fulfillment workflow: the mule confirms quantity sent, which reduces and eventually auto-clears the reservation
• Draggable minimap button (/gbank minimap to reset position)
• Tracks each mule's current gold
• Shift-click any item to link it in chat
• In-game About panel with a full feature overview, command reference, and limitations guide

Commands

• /gbank — open the viewer
• /gbank scan — scan the current mule
• /gbank broadcast — resend the last snapshot
• /gbank mule add — request mule status (requires Guild Master approval)
• /gbank mule approve Name-Realm / /gbank mule revoke Name-Realm — Guild Master only
• /gbank mule remove Name-Realm — stop a character from being scanned
• /gbank minimap — reset the minimap button position
• /gbank help — command list

Limitations

• Snapshots reflect the most recent scan or auto-refresh, not a truly live feed
• Only Guild-Master-approved mule characters are ever scanned or shared
• Guild members need the addon installed to view or receive broadcasts
