Fixed bug where duplicating on reload
fixed errors with scan logic

Work flow :
Open guild bank
open the tab1 log
/gbl scan
open the tab2 log etc
/gbl scan
open money log
/gbl scan
When all logs for all tabs and money tab have been '/gbl scan' .
/gbl export
ctrl and A and ctrl and C and paste that into a google sheets/excel sheet.
Keep a note of when you last scanned.
Addon should only every append new items to the log , but mae sure you log consistently as you may lose some logs due to how wow api works.
