GuardianChat

Initial GuardianChat beta for Forever 1.60.1 / interface 16001.

• Local incoming-message filtering for personal-information requests, off-platform contact, explicit language, secrecy, threats, and links.
• Filter/Hide all channel policies and experimental native guild/history filtering.
• Local checker, coverage badge, and default display safety settings.
• No saved conversations, blocked-message counters, or external service.

426 automated checks pass with mocked WoW APIs. Filtering is best effort: Blizzard chat lockdown can skip filters and allow unfiltered messages. Voice, outgoing messages, and unsupported displays remain outside coverage. See the project description and included README before use.
