What's new

Added support for current World of Warcraft Retail 12.1.0 while retaining Forever 1.60.1 support. Added AutoLook terminology for the native Start Autorun + mouselook behavior. Added Shift + Start Autorun as a mouselook-only shortcut without touching autorun. Added the shared Grymr addon-manager icon. Fixed Shift-modifier detection when the Start Autorun binding itself already uses Shift. Reduced idle event work for deferred binding synchronization. No polling, timers, tickers, or OnUpdate processing.
