GroupInfoShare is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon designed to make group coordination faster and easier, especially for players organizing Mythic+ runs, premade groups, community events, or boost-style group setups. The addon allows players using the same addon to quickly share important character information with each other and generate a clean, copyable summary string for the entire group.

Main Features

Automatic Group Information Sharing

GroupInfoShare allows players in the same party or raid to request information from everyone who has the addon installed. By using /getinfo or the addon interface, the addon sends a request to the group. Every group member with GroupInfoShare automatically responds with their current character data. This removes the need to manually ask each player for their role, spec, item level, key, score, trade status, or Discord tag.

Players can collect group information in seconds instead of manually whispering or asking every group member. This is especially useful when forming organized groups quickly.

Copyable Group Summary Window

When group information is requested, GroupInfoShare opens a copyable results window containing all collected player entries in a clean format. Example output:

Automatic Role, Class, and Specialization Detection

The addon automatically detects the player’s current role and specialization.

Optional Key Sharing Toggle

Each character can choose whether their current Mythic+ keystone should be shared.If key sharing is disabled, the addon sends "NoKey"instead of the actual key.User experience impact:
Players have control over whether they want to reveal their keystone. This is useful when someone does not want their key used, lowered, or discussed.
