A nice little addon for mages (made for firemage, but should work for other specs). In PvP vs Shamans. When grounding Totem is up, u have a red warning with a button u can click target totem sending scorch rank 1. When totem is down, green text.

Dont waste your "PoM and Pyro" :)
Shift + left mouse button to move text around.
