• Add the logo, README and CurseForge release packaging
• Rename the addon to GoNext
  The name VoteKey is taken on CurseForge. Slash commands are now /gonext
  and /gn, and the addon message prefix is GoNext, so older VoteKey
  copies won't see votes from this version.
• Find teleports from the spellbook, and polish the result panel and text
  The teleport table was last season's dungeons, so the button never
  showed. Teleports are now found by matching each known "Hero's Path"
  flyout spell's description against the dungeon's name, which keeps
  working across seasons and client languages. /vk teleports lists what
  each current dungeon matched.
  The teleport button is now the spell's icon with a pixel-exact border,
  a cooldown swipe, a tooltip, and a "Teleport" label on its bottom edge.
  All text is 2px bigger (except the names above the avatars) with a 1px
  outline and a drop shadow, to read better over the dungeon art.
• Add party key voting with live votes and current bests
  /vk starts a vote: everyone with the addon reports their keystone, panels
  fill in as keys arrive (highest key on the left), and votes are broadcast
  live so portraits move as people change their minds. Once everyone has
  voted, the starter announces the winner and the window switches to a
  single panel with a teleport button (if the spell is known).
  Each panel lists the party's best run of that dungeon, sorted by level
  and chests (+//+, grey without a plus for depleted), with an arrow
  where the key would be an upgrade. /vk demo shows fake party members.
