* 🛑 **Postage Emergency Brake Added:** GoblinTax will now automatically halt any gold transfers if the calculated tax amount is lower than or equal to the standard Blizzard mail postage cost (30 copper). No more wasting money on inefficient mailings! You will receive a clean chat notification when the brake is engaged.
**Bug Fixes:**
* 🎛️ **UI Layering & Focus Fix:** Fixed a critical interface issue where the GoblinTax configuration frame would open hidden underneath the default Blizzard Options panel. The config frame now correctly gains focus and displays on top (Dialog Strata) for a seamless setup experience.
