Goblin Gazette 1.0.3 - Play with a controller

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Play with a controller (the game's controller support or ConsolePort): the d-pad rides (up and down speed
  up and slow down, left and right swerve, held like the keys), A throws and starts a round from its card, B or
  Start pauses. The screens work with the d-pad and A. The hint line shows the controller's buttons.
- Place things with the controller: the minimap button. NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Place things
  with the controller" (or its key binding): the d-pad moves the highlighted piece (a minimap button turns
  round the minimap), the bumpers go to the next one, X switches big and small steps, Y sizes what can be
  sized, A keeps it, B puts it back.
