Gnomatic

- The dedicated Smart Buff key binding now supports friendly player Mouseover
  targets outside combat. Mouseover is checked only for the bound key, never
  for clicks on the visible Gnomatic button.
- Bound-key priority outside combat is now Self -> Party/Raid -> Mouseover ->
  current friendly target. If Mouseover needs no buff, the current target is
  used as before.
- Mouseover is active only while /gno bind has a stored key. /gno unbind removes
  the Mouseover behavior immediately.
- Combat behavior is unchanged: both click and key binding use only the
  separately prepared self Combat Buff slot.
- Version updated to 0.5.6.
