This license governs the use, modification, and distribution of GMUI ("the Software").

1. PERMITTED USE

Permission is granted to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users may make modifications to the Software for their own personal use, including modifications made for testing, debugging, configuration, compatibility, or customization.

Testers may share bug reports, diagnostic information, code snippets, patches, and suggested changes with the GMUI author for the purpose of improving the Software.

1. REDISTRIBUTION

You may not redistribute, republish, mirror, upload, bundle, or otherwise make the Software available to others without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

This restriction applies to both original and modified versions of the Software.

Providing another person with a copy of GMUI, whether free or paid, is considered redistribution.

Users should obtain GMUI through an official distribution location authorized by the GMUI author.

1. MODIFIED VERSIONS AND FORKS

You may modify the Software for personal use.

You may not publicly distribute, publish, maintain, or otherwise make available a modified version, derivative distribution, or fork of GMUI without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

You may not represent a modified version of GMUI as an official GMUI release.

Nothing in this section prevents users from submitting patches, pull requests, bug fixes, or other proposed changes directly to the GMUI project.

1. COMMERCIAL USE

The Software may not be sold, sublicensed, rented, monetized, placed behind a paywall, or otherwise commercially distributed without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

No person or organization may charge users specifically for access to GMUI or a modified version of GMUI.

1. BRANDING

The names "GMUI", the GMUI logo, and other GMUI branding may not be used to represent another project, modified distribution, or derivative work without prior written permission.

Use of the GMUI name solely to accurately identify compatibility, integration, or dependency is permitted, provided that such use does not imply endorsement or official affiliation.

1. INTEROPERABILITY

Other addons and software may interact with GMUI through publicly exposed interfaces, APIs, callbacks, events, or other integration mechanisms provided by GMUI.

This license does not prohibit independent software from being developed to work alongside or integrate with GMUI.

This permission does not grant the right to redistribute GMUI or incorporate GMUI source code into another distributed project except where separately permitted by the copyright holder.

1. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

GMUI may interact with, reference, or include third-party software, libraries, assets, or other materials.

Any third-party components included with the Software remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright terms. This license applies only to portions of GMUI for which the GMUI copyright holder has the authority to grant rights.

1. CONTRIBUTIONS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, code, patches, assets, documentation, or other material intentionally submitted to the GMUI project for inclusion may be incorporated, modified, distributed, and relicensed as part of GMUI by the GMUI copyright holder.

Contributors retain copyright to their original contributions unless copyright is separately assigned.

By intentionally submitting a contribution for inclusion in GMUI, the contributor grants the GMUI copyright holder a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise incorporate that contribution into GMUI.

1. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, ACCOUNT LOSS, GAME INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. TERMINATION

The permissions granted by this license automatically terminate if you violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease any activity permitted by this license that would otherwise infringe the rights of the copyright holder.

1. ADDITIONAL PERMISSION

Additional permissions, including permission to redistribute, maintain a fork, incorporate portions of GMUI into another project, or use GMUI commercially, may be granted separately in writing by the copyright holder.

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the copyright holder.
