Description
Giveaway Dice Roll
Run dice giveaways in your party or raid without tallying anything by hand. The addon watches chat, records every roll, sorts out ties on its own, and keeps a permanent record of who won what and whether you've paid them.
The game rolls the dice, not the addon. Everyone in the group sees the same /roll results in their own chat window, so any winner it announces can be checked by anyone who was there.
Running a giveaway
Set a prize, press Start Roll, and the addon announces the giveaway to your party or raid. Only the first valid roll from each person counts, so nobody can roll twice and keep the better number. When the timer runs out it works out the winner and announces it.
Someone who rolls the wrong range — /roll 1-50 instead of /roll — is marked invalid in red, but it doesn't use up their entry. They can roll again properly.
Rolls that can't win are still shown, greyed out with the reason, so a missing number is never a mystery.
Ties sort themselves out
If two or more people tie on the highest roll, the addon announces the tie, locks everyone else out, and opens a fresh round for just the tied players. It repeats until one roll is strictly highest — a three-way tie that ties again simply goes to another round.
Everyone knocked out is listed with the round they went out in. Re-roll rounds are shorter than the opening round by default, since only a couple of people are involved and the rest of the group is waiting.
You can turn auto re-roll off if you'd rather say something between rounds and start each one yourself.
Prizes
Three kinds:
- Gold — type the number, shown formatted as you type
- Item — click the Prize box, then shift-click an item in your bags to drop in a proper item link
- Custom — anything else: a boost, a run, a favour
Each type remembers its own value, so you can switch between them without retyping.
Getting people in with !join
Guildies anywhere in the world can type !join in guild chat and the addon invites them automatically. They don't need the addon — they're just typing two words in chat, and your copy does the rest.
The group converts to a raid by itself once it passes five people. If you're in combat when that happens, the addon says so and picks up again the moment you convert manually.
The Invites window lists everyone who asked and what became of them: joined, still waiting, or a real failure reason read from the game's own messages — already in a group, declined, or not online. Nobody sits on "waiting" forever wondering.
Payout log
Every win is recorded permanently with the date, the winner, the prize, and how many re-rolls it took. Tick Paid when you've handed the prize over.
The log totals up the gold you still owe, so you can see at a glance whether you're square with everyone. Item and custom prizes are recorded too, they just don't count toward a gold figure. If you log in with anything outstanding, the addon quietly reminds you.
Entries can't be deleted. The log keeps the last 500 giveaways, which at a couple a week is years of history.

Worth knowing
Entries are group-only. Roll results only reach your client from people in your party or raid, so anyone who wants in has to actually be grouped with you. That's what !join is for.
Locked-out players aren't blocked. Nothing stops someone rolling when they shouldn't. The addon spots it, greys it out and refuses to let it win, but it can't prevent the roll itself.
The payout log is a record, not a vault. It lives in your SavedVariables file like any addon's settings. It's there to keep you honest with your guild, not to defend against anyone with access to your PC.
