Lets you pick spells to be reminded to use on your focus target if they're not gonna be DR'ed

The addon lets you pick spells to track, when your focus target is in range of cyclone and not on fear DR it suggests you cast it

use /glock to move the icons individually and /glock to lock them into place again.

The rest is done in the menu
