Lets you toggle the chat off with /chat

Main file added. Allows you to toggle the main chat off so u can relax during solo shuffles and not have to listen to or read what people type at all.

Clears out all chat windows. To toggle chats back on just do /chat again and you will be able to see them after switching windows.

Resets on /reload or /chat.

/whispers to toggle off the whisper filter.
You can disable the whisper filter if you want to store the whispers for when you toggle chat on again. It's on by default so you don't see toxic messages

NEW: Automatically turns off chat when in an arena when the addon is enabled.
