The base command is now /gideon. /gr is gone: it steals the group-chat shortcut.

• The addon registers /gideon (and the long form /gideonraid) and nothing else. /gr is no longer registered: the raid lead uses it to talk to his group in game — "the /gr to open it is really annoying, I use it to talk to my group" — and an addon answering a chat shortcut is a bug. Every command moved to the new name (/gideon inter start, /gideon sim style, /gideon boss 3445, /gideon diag, ...); sub-commands and behaviour are unchanged.
• The in-game help, the keybinding label, every message and every document follow the new name. The .toc still lists the same files (the version keeps coming from the git tag).
• Reading this file: entries older than 0.13.5 spell the commands /gr …, because that is what shipped then. Read them as /gideon ….
