Every spec declares its weapon kinds

Each of the 18 specs now carries an explicit list of the weapon kinds it is built around - not derived from the item lists, but stated and audited, so a Fury warrior's axes and fists count even though the curated lists happen to hold swords. With StatCoach installed this powers the new weapon verdicts: your kinds judged as always, another spec's kinds shown under that spec's icon, and kinds no spec of your class uses staying silent.
