Simple mod to auto-hide various parts of the user experience, allowing for a fully immersive experience. Minimal configuration to support hiding behaviors and disabling addon in instances. Also centers tooltip at mouse position.

Updated hiding behavior in instances (keep some behaviors), add support for buffbar hiding controls (#5)
- keep UX and tooltip behavior functionality in instances
- add customizability controls for the buff tracker components
